Both primary and secondary trauma can be unraveled through creative use of resourcing using journaling, drawing, simple movement and meditation. These expressions will be used for self-calming and integrating vulnerabilities with internal strengths as we work with past traumas.
Held in the gardens of the California Center for Creative Renewal, nature will provide additional support in the journey.
